How long have you been in business?
AMNEA launched its first garment in December 2019. In the four months following, our Instagram gained popularity, with a generation that finds an extension to their personality in fashionable ways, desperately searching for minimalistic premium quality garments at a reasonable price. It was this success that allowed us the opportunity to launch our business in April 2020, providing us with continued opportunities to build our business and provide customers with a more extensive range of garments since.

 

What makes you different from your competitors?
Our brand is all about helping our customers achieve a whole new level of comfort through our garments premium top quality soft hand picked materials. We live in a time where there is so much chaos, noise and stress, that's why all of our garments are designed with an obsessive attention to detail while keeping a minimalistic but fashion forward design. The majority of our garments are unisex and are available from XXS to XXL which allows all of our customers regardless of gender and size to express their individualized personality through their style.

AMNEA is a Canadian company based in Montreal, Quebec. 

 

  • ORDERING
What if I would like to modify my order?
Please contact us through our contact link located at the bottom of this page as soon as possible. If your order has already been processed and prepared for shipping then we are unable to modify it.

 

How long will it take for my order to ship?
We take pride in making sure that all of our garments have been crafted to the high standards we hold ourselves to. For that reason, please allow us up to three days to start the shipping process with your items.

 

If an item is sold out, will it be coming back in stock?
If an item is listed as sold out, it is unavailable for purchase at this time. We encourage you to sign up on the item page to be notified when they return in stock so you don't miss out again!

 

Will you be releasing new collections?
Sign up to our newsletter to find out when new styles are dropping, you'll also receive new promotions along with discount codes!

 

How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping on all orders over 80$ to any address within Canada and the United States. These orders will not require additional payments at delivery. If you would like specific information regarding shipping to your country before placing an order, please contact us through our contact link located at the bottom of the page.

 
Do I need to be registered to buy on amneaclothing.com?
You do not need to be registered to make purchases on our website.  However, we do recommend that you create a personal account to access the exclusive offers and areas dedicated to our customers.

 

  • RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Do you accept returns or exchanges? 
We accept returns or exchanges on items with their label attached that are unworn, unwashed and are from smoke-free homes. Returns received within 14 days of being purchased will be eligible for a refund. If you return your item after this point, you will receive store credit that you can exchange for other items on our store. I received a damaged or wrong product. What should I do?
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, please email us through our contact link located at the bottom of this page as soon as you can so we can rectify the issue as soon as possible.

How do I know what size will fit me best?
All product pages have an item fit description. If you're still not sure about what size to get please feel free to use our live chat located at the bottom right of the page and we'll gladly assist you in picking the right fit for you.

How do I care for my AMNEA items?
We highly recommend following our care instructions to make sure the fit and colour of each style remains the same. Each garment has been designed and manufactured with the highest quality material, these materials often require very specific care procedures. Please refer to our product care link located at the bottom of this page for further guidelines.
